2. What are the shipping charges & time?
   

   We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 850/. Shipping may take 2-4 days

   What are the exchange, return and refund policies for demure.com.pk
   Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 080000000 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund
   

   If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.

4. Does Demure offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

   Yes, Deumre offers its customers an easy, secure, and most reliable method of payment for online purchases with cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan. COD ensures that customers pay only after receiving the product. Customers can purchase their favorite products online and pay when they receive their parcel.

Please keep the following terms & conditions in view:

1. Courier company will only allow customers to open the package after payment has been made.
2. Please DO NOT receive the package if it appears tampered with/ opened or damaged.
3. Cash on Delivery services are available for purchase under 3,000/- PKR
